In this episode of the HyperFast Agent podcast, host Dan Lesniak highlights the differences between eXp Realty and Compass. Both have had a lot of growth. Compass was founded by a Wall Street guy, while eXp Realty was founded by a real estate practitioner. While Compass claims to be more of a tech company, Dan shows how when agents move from Compass to eXp Realty, they do not notice any difference in technology. However, some things they do notice: agents at eXp Realty have more opportunities for referrals, networking, and off market properties – because there's more agents there. eXp also has a great revenue share program, while agents at Compass are forced to share the revenue they are generating with their brokerage.

Join Host Dan Lesniak as he discusses…

∙ The differences between Compass founder Robert Rifkin and eXp Realty founder Glenn Sanford

∙ How Compass is a brick and mortar company; they are the old fashioned model of real estate.

∙ Why eXp Realty is the number one leader in transactions.

∙ The fact that eXp Realty is the first digital cloud brokerage in the history of real estate.
