In this episode, host Dan Lesniak helps you to prepare the marketing strategy for potential buyers for the listings you have secured. With a return to a more normal market, we should anticipate buyers to be a little bit pickier than they were the past few years. This means you need to really make sure the house is in tip top shape. Take care of any maintenance issues. Be sure it is staged well for showings and also in any of the photos you might use to promote it. Dan provides some great examples of some innovative ways to promote the homes to buyers and other agents, including through unique events.
